Qualities of an Elder Discussion: What items stand
out as lacking in our lives? What are
the top two or three items that make us feel inadequate? How would you feel if those two or three
were eliminated – much more confident! Let’s deal with those two or three – raise those areas of weakness to
areas of competence! Accountability
between the group – have an expectation of growth and victory.
Prayer Team Partnering: Next meeting we will pair up as accountability partners – we will
have specific questions to ask, we will use a “round robin” approach to accountability
calls.
Responsibility of Elders: Ministry Review – outlines and plans will
be available for the Deacon meeting on April 24.
